Customs and duties. Orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Mexico ship DDP: import duties and taxes are already included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns
15 days to request a return or an exchange.
Spain. Prepaid label for €4.90, dropped off at a collection point. The refund is processed as soon as you complete the portal.
European Union. Prepaid label for €6.90 in Portugal, France, Germany, Belgium and Italy. In the rest of the EU the return is arranged and paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of the parcel reaching our warehouse.
Rest of the world. Returns are shipped by the customer at their own cost and must be sent DDP. Exchanges are not available on international orders.
