Shipping policy
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it at all times. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible.
Gaudir Swim is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. During collection launches, Black Friday and Christmas, shipments may be slightly delayed due to high demand.

Priority door-to-door delivery with full tracking. 2–3 business days within Europe, 2–5 business days to the rest of the world.
All international destinations, except the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

All delivery times are estimated in business days from the moment your order leaves our warehouse in Madrid. Processing time (1–2 business days) is not included in the time frames shown.
All customs duties and import taxes are covered by Gaudir. Wherever your order is going, you will never pay any extra charges on delivery.
Gaudir Swim is not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses or force majeure. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
