Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as it leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking link. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number.
Gaudir Swim cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. During collection launches, Black Friday and Christmas, shipments may experience slight delays.

All delivery times are estimated in business days from dispatch at our Madrid warehouse. Processing takes 1–2 additional business days and is not included in the estimates above.
International orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country. These are always covered by Gaudir and will never incur an extra charge for the customer.
Gaudir Swim is not responsible for delays due to customs, incorrect addresses, or force majeure. If a parcel is returned due to a failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
