Shipping Policy – Gaudir
Gaudir ships all orders through Correos, except for orders destined for the United States, which are shipped via FedEx.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Madrid, Spain. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information at the address provided during checkout.
Our handling time is 1 to 2 business days. In some exceptional cases, this period may be extended due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
Gaudir will not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors attributable to the buyer or the person authorized to receive the package.
Please note that local customs offices may require additional documentation or processing time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. For shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, customers must provide their DNI/NIE number for customs and tax processing.
Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes or customs duties. All applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
In particular, shipments to the United States via FedEx are subject to import tariffs and customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the exact amount of these charges; your local customs office should be able to provide more detailed information.
The courier service is responsible for the delivery of all packages. If a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the courier but has not been received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping company and initiate the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
