SPAIN

For exchanges and returns of orders destined for Spain, please access the following link:

Both returns and exchanges are managed through the portal. The cost of the pre-paid label is €4.90, processed through a drop-off point.

EUROPEAN UNION

For orders destined within the European Union, both returns and exchanges can be managed through the following link:

The cost of the pre-paid label is €6.90. The package must be delivered to a drop-off point. You have a maximum of 15 days to deposit the item for return.

REST OF WORLD

For returns from outside the European Union, please initiate your return through the portal below, where you will receive full shipping instructions:
Returns Portal.

International returns are shipped by the customer at their own cost. Exchanges for a different product or size are not available for international orders.

REFUNDS

Spain: Refunds will be processed immediately after completing the returns portal. The money will be received instantly upon submission.

European Union and International: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse. During collection launches, holiday campaigns, or Black Friday periods, processing times may vary slightly.

Customs & Duties Policy
All returns must be sent with customs duties and taxes fully paid by the customer.
Gaudir will never be responsible for paying any customs fees, import duties, or taxes related to returns.
If a return shipment is held or delayed in customs for any reason, the customer is solely responsible for clearing and releasing the package from customs authorities.
Returns that are not properly cleared may be refused or abandoned.
